Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions:

Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting our support team.

After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Setup Fees and Custom Services:

All setup, onboarding, design, or implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these services involve immediate allocation of time and resources.

3. Trials and Promotional Offers:

If you are using a free trial or promotional offer, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases):

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental payments; or

Billing errors caused by One Day Car (Pty) Ltd or our payment processing partners.
